An important subject of Digital Transformations is the related Project or Program to be effectively completed. Thought Leadership by the Project- or Program Manager is mandatory to complete each project or program on time, within the boundaries of the agreed financial budget and of course strong management of the deliverables to be delivered.

Projects are IT related and could be for example Cloud Transformation Projects, Hybrid Workplace implementation projects, DevOps implementation projects etc.
